We requested an accessible room due to my mother's disability. We received a windowless, difficult-to-reach, dark room. The rude staff informed us that the room isn't dark, you just need to turn on the lights. When they saw that we wouldn't stay in that tiny dump, they immediately rushed to charge the card instead of offering an alternative.
Unfortunately, when we wanted to go back later to take some pictures to support our complaint (because they don't provide pictures of the accessible room), they didn't allow us in anymore, claiming it had been occupied. Of course, they didn't refund any portion of the money.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! It's a shame what they offer!
Just returned from a superb week at this excellent hotel,run by amazing owners and superb staff, they really do everything to make it a great holiday.
Owners Elias and Margarita are very much hands on, Elias also a very good baker/pastry chef!!

We're on our second visit here. Last May we came for a week to help my mum celebrate her 80th and now in June we're here for a fortnight. Elia and Margarita are the very friendly and helpful owners. They are passionate about providing as much local product on their menu, as possible and we love that. It's a place we feel very comfortable on this beautiful tip of Sirmione.
It's much quieter than the centre of this old part of the peninsular, yet within a few minutes walk of the shops and restaurants. The beach is accessed via a short tree lined avenue and the Fort is also close. We're opposite the grounds of a 5 star hotel and next to Maria Callas's old house.
There's tonnes more to say but I hope that gives you a good impression of this hotel.
We have just returned after a two week holiday staying in this wonderful hotel. The hotel is run by the owners Elia & Margherita and their wonderful staff who are only to willing to be of assistance. The hotel is in a wonderful position and we have no hesitation in recommending it.

The hotel looks great outside, the rooms are comfortable with good showers. The staff are very nice and super friendly. The downside for me is they play the same music on a 15 minute loop constantly into the bar area both inside and outside and into the rooftop lounge area, it's torture and such a shame, our room was on the first floor and you could hear it there from 7am until 11:30pm. To reach the hotel by car you drive through very small crowded streets with hundreds of pedestrians.
We had a lunch with the family here. Good service , good quality of food and drinks.
Really recommend staying here if you are coming to lake Garda. The staff are really friendly and speak several languages. The locations is perfect to get into the center of Sirimone and getting the boat to the other parts of the lake. …
